Welcome to our final newsletter for 2003. It seems like only yesterday I was saying the same thing for 2002 - doesn't time fly!

Our newsletter is rapidly becoming a popular source of information with over 100 subscribers - have you sent it through to your colleagues yet?

2004 will certainly see Calido's growth take shape. With the release of hangout.com.au scheduled for mid year and sales of Comet looming, it will surely prove to be a great year.

I do appologise for the short newsletter - this month has been extremely busy.

Let me take this opportunity to wish you and your families a merry christmas and a prosperous new year. For those people travelling during the festive season, please drive safely as it's better to arrive late, than never.

Yours sincerely,
Adam Ransley

calido.com.au - New Website Launched
If you haven't already done so, now is a good chance to take a look at our new website. In the making for several months, we have finally released the site. The new website is geared towards proving feature rich content - stay tuned in the months to come as we slowly build our content.

Support for Windows 98 to Cease
Microsoft will discontinue support for its Windows 98 operating system as of 16th January, 2004 which means no more patches or updates (though Microsoft have said they will release security patches if serious enough).

Support for the Windows 95 operating system stopped on 31st December, 2001. (There are approxiamtely 20% of users still using Windows 95 and Windows 98.)

Our software at Calido will still undergo Windows 98 testing prior to release, although we do support Windows 95.

If your company is still using Windows 98 or Windows 95, 2004 will be a good year for you to upgrade your computer systems.
